• First floor has two bedrooms  each with access to a private full bath, (bedrooms both have two twin beds).  Family room is located on the first floor and  has a TV with DVD/VCR.  Family room can also serve as a 5th bedroom with full closet, locking privacy doors, and a new queen-sized pull-out couch.  The first floor also has a large covered deck.

• Middle floor has one of two master suites (queen-size bed) with private full bath, kitchen with wrap-around peninsula seating and granite countertops, powder room, dining room & living room with deck.  Living room has a gas fireplace and a TV with DVD/VCR.  Deck has patio table & chairs, and a gas grill.

•  Third floor has the main master suite with full bath (Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and two sinks). The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and two decks.
